Index: 1996 = 100. Numbers of cases per country per year are presented in [Table DRD-2 part (ii)] in the 2005 statistical bulletin.
It is important to remember that the index has been computed using data from a limited number of countries. Also tnote that the Czech Republic and Estonia account for a substantial proportion of victims younger than 25.
