Notes:

Data between brackets refer to the number of cannabis-related offences in 2004.

Data were not available for Estonia, Latvia, Hungary and Romania.

Turkey: 2002 data refer only to Police data, while after 2002 data refer to all data reported by the main law enforcement authorities (Police, gendarmerie, Customs).
