Sporadic missing values were interpolated keeping the EU trend constant from available data for the respective country. See Table TDI-3 and Table TDI-2 part (i) for the available data.

In the case of Romania, 2001 proportion of heroin clients among all new clients is used to estimate the 2000 and 1999 of clients number.
