Notes:

2003 was taken as reference as it was the year where we have information for most countries. To see the evolution of the proportion of victims under the age of 25 years per country, see graphics in the 2006 statistical bulletin.

For Czech Republic, EMCDDA Selection D was used instead of the national definition. National definition also includes poisoning by psychoactive medicines, which accounts for most cases (156 cases out of 218)
