NSP: needle and syringe programmes. Non-pharmacy NSPs include fixed and mobile provision points, outreach work and peer distribution. Syringe provision points or outlets: individual locations/physically distinct outlets where syringes can be obtained for free, against payment or in exchange against used ones.

All syringes exchanged, sold or otherwise distributed from the stated provision points.
