Insufficient data available from two EU Member States with highest AIDS incidence among IDUs (Spain, Italy).

2000 data for Portugal not included, since they include many cases diagnosed in previous years.

Data not available for Estonia since 2002.

EU Member States are shown if latest data available is over 20 cases per million.
