Notes:
Data from Czech Republic, Germany, France, Cyprus, Lithuania and Romania, are included from 2002 onwards.
Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Slovenia and Turkey are not included due to insufficient time series data.
Linear interpolation used to replace occasional missing data values at country level.
Average percent annual change (exc. 2001-2002): 17%, 6%, 2%, 5%, 16% for age groups <15 to 35+ respectively.
