Notes:

The graphic shows only those countries reporting primary cocaine use by more than 5% of new clients at some point.

Countries consistently reporting 5% or fewer new clients with primary cocaine use over the whole period are: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Austria, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden.

Malta excluded due to very low number of cases.

Portugal: data for 2004 include cocaine and free base.

United Kingdom: data refer to all treatments up to 2002 and to new treatments from 2003.
