(3) Until 2004, 'all clients' reported clients continuing in or entering treatment in reported year; 2005 data are conformant with the TDI protocol.

(4) Data refer to first treatments. No breakdown for injection use available.

(5) Data refer to clients in substitution treatment only; figures for opiates as main drug and injecting use are 100%.

(6) Last data available refer to 2003. Amphetamines include amphetamines and ecstasy.

(7) Data relate to the period from 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2005 for UK.
