 (1) For drug clients, 1999 data are reported. Population data refer to 2006. 

 (2) For drug clients, 2005 data are reported. 

 (3) For drug clients 2004 data are reported. It includes data for outpatient clients and clients treated in prison. Data for outpatient clients was validated, however data collection for prison clients was still in the process of development, thus figures are underestimated.With effect from next year the process of data validation for prison clients will be implemented.
