Notes:

Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia. Data based on 2003 ESPAD survey with extended age groups. Latvia 2004 school survey in Riga only.

Data for 17/18 year old school students are not necessarily representative of the whole population of that age as school leaving ages vary.
