Data for the Netherlands survey in 1999 is not strictly comparable with ESPAD surveys

ESPAD 2007 Belgium data is based on Flanders only. ESPAD 2007 German data is based on seven regions only (Bavaria, Brandenburg, Berlin, Hesse, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saarland and Thuringia). ESPAD 2007 data for Denmark limited comparability.
