Spain and Malta: last available data are from 2006.

Belgium: last data available 2005.

Portugal: data available only on new clients; data on new clients were used in Figure 2; therefore the number of all clients for Portugal is underestimated.

Latvia: data available on all client only refer to inpatient treatment; therefore the number of all clients for Latvia is underestimated.
