 (1) Data refer to 2005.Outpatient data refer to outpatient centres and low-threshold agencies (aggregated data). Data do not cover Brussels Capital Region. 86% of clients cannot be classified has having been previously treated or not. 

 (2) A revision of the German Core Data Set occurred in 2008. Outpatient data refer to a more narrow definition of outpatient centres as compared to previous years. 

 (3) - Estonia cannot separate outpatient and inpatient as they provide both type of treatment.  

 (4) Data refer to 2007. Outpatient data refer to Outpatient centres and treatment units in prisons (aggregated data). 

 (5) For outpatient units, only data on new clients is available 

 (6) Limited comparability with TDI standards.
