Part (i) EU-15 Member States and Norway 1990-2008

Notes:

Numbers of cases per country per year are presented in Table DRD-2 part (i) and Table DRD-2 part (v) in the 2011 Statistical bulletin.

Belgium did not provide data for 2000–2003 and 2005-2008, Denmark for 2002–04, France for 1990-1999, Ireland for 1990-1997, Spain and the United Kingdom for 1990–93.
