(1) The coverage may vary according to specific variables. The number of units covered is an estimation based on datasets of 967 units + 20% hidden units.

(2) Data refer to 2008.

(3) Data refer to 2008. Data for outpatient units are from 33 health care units: 14 counselling centres for drug addicts, 1 detoxification ward, 1 substitution treatment programme and 17 drug rehabilitation clinics. Data presented are from two different monitoring systems (Pilot project for TDI monitoring and Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology - aggregated data). Caution must be made when interpreting the data as double counting could not be avoid.

(4) Data refer only to Outpatient treatment units.

(5) Not all units had treatment cases during 2009, these units were sending "negative reports" on zero cases.
