The statistical bulletin is a companion publication to the EMCDDA annual report 2005 and provides a complementary information source. It supplies the user with the data tables collated by the EMCDDA from the information submitted by the national focal points Reitox network. The data presented constitute the epidemiological basis on which the annual report is written and are frequently referenced by it. In addition to the tables of data and the accompanying graphics, the bulletin gives detailed technical commentaries, notes and descriptions.
The statistical bulletin 2005 is available in two versions:
an online version for browsing. This is the most complete version of the statistical bulletin and provides access to all tables and graphs.

a downloadable version for printing and offline reading. You can download a PDF version of the statistical bulletin specifically for printing or for offline browsing. Note that this version does not contain all the tables and graphs available in the online version.

Navigation
You can browse through the bulletin in several ways:
from the online (complete) version page you can go directly to the subject sections (chapters)
on the first page of each chapter, an additional navigation bar gives links to the chapter's sections
on the dark blue navigation bar at the top of the page, the index of tables and graphics gives links to all the bulletin's data elements
navigate page by page using the 'previous' and 'next' links at the right of the light blue bars at the top and bottom of each page
using the 'breadcrumbs' navigation bar to go back to higher levels
using the side navigation bar (at left of page): the links available depend on the hierarchical level of the page you are viewing:
viewing one of the main divisions of the bulletin, the bar displays links to other relevant sites
viewing the main page of a chapter, the bar displays links to all chapters of the bulletin
viewing the main page of one of the sections within a chapter, the bar displays links to the other sections within that chapter
the side navigation bar is not available in tables and graphics
