Notes:

Missing data were interpolated by assigning for the respective country the value for most recent year available. Altogether, 1.4% of the data points and 3.7% of the number of clients were interpolated. In 2010 the percentage of not known / missing cases for primary drug were of about 9% of all the clients entering in treatment for the first time in their life. For not known / missing cases in the previous years please see Figure TDI - 1 (part ii).
